POOR MILLIONAIRES
This was another book I read for class, but I really liked it! Poor Millionaires tells the stories of Nathan Roberts and Michael Kimpur, men from two very different backgrounds, but their paths cross and their lives are changed because of it. This is a great book when discussing vocation and the various aspects of that.​

Coffee
ABIDE CULTURE COFFEE
Another awesome coffee find! I saw this on a friend's Instagram story and had to give it a try! I ordered the Peru blend and it is so good, a nice blend of citrus and cocoa flavors. The coffee is great, but so is the cause. Proceeds from each order go back to support missions in the community, but also globally.

INSTANT POT MAC&CHEESE
The Mac&Cheese is back! This was easily one of my favorite recipes this semester because it was delicious, but also easy to make. Plus it was fun to mix it up each time and try new cheeses or add a new spice! It is a great meal to feed a big group as well!
